These General Terms and Conditions (we'll call them GTC) are here to clearly explain all the rights and responsibilities for you, the User, when you use our “Basic”, “Pro”, and “Agency” services (which we'll just call Services). These Services are offered through the “Infinite∞Ad” website (you can find it at https://infinite.ad, and we'll refer to it as the website) by Infinite AD Limited Liability Company (our registered office is at 1026 Budapest, Pasaréti út 122-124., Company registration number: 01-09-412791, Tax number: 32222632-2-42 – we'll call ourselves the Service Provider). This document also covers the general rules and how to use our website's services.
You can use the website and our Service once you've registered, but only if you agree to these GTC and stick to their rules.
When you sign up on our website, you're automatically agreeing to all the contract terms in these GTC. You're saying you're cool with all the rules and that you understand they apply to you. If you don't accept these GTC when you register, and you don't confirm you've read and agreed to our Data Privacy Notice, then you won't be able to use the website or get to our Services.
The contract you make with us (the Service Provider) on the website, by accepting these GTC and ordering or buying any Services, will be in Hungarian. This contract is made electronically, but it's seen as a non-written agreement. We'll register and store all its details digitally, so you can always check it out later.
We (the Service Provider) want to let you know that we don't adhere to any specific codes of conduct.

Our website plays nice with all popular browsers and operating systems. All communication on the site is done using HTTPS, so it's encrypted and secure. We've made sure the website is pretty safe, and using it shouldn't cause any problems for you. Still, we suggest you take these steps: use software that protects against viruses and spyware, and always install those security updates your operating system offers. When you buy something on our website, it means you get that internet technology has its quirks and can sometimes have errors.
These GTC apply to all legal stuff and services you get through our website from us (the Service Provider).
These GTC cover transactions between us (the Service Provider) and you (the User) that take place in Hungary. Hungarian law is what guides our legal relationship.
These GTC completely and automatically lay out all the terms for the legal relationship between us (the Service Provider) and you (the User).
These GTC start working on the day they're published. For you, they become a must-follow when you accept them during registration. If we (the Service Provider) decide to pull or change the GTC, the parts we change will stop being valid.
We (the Service Provider) always put the latest GTC text on our website and make sure you can get to it whenever you need. We also make sure you can easily download the GTC from the website.
If we (the Service Provider) make changes to the GTC, we'll put the new text on the website. We'll point out what changed and when the new rules start, right when they go into effect. We'll make sure the changes are super clear – even in one easy-to-read document – so you can easily tell what's new, when it started, and which rules are different. To keep using the website, you'll need to check out and agree to these GTC updates. We'll help you do this by showing a pop-up window on the website when you log in after we've made a change.
Service Provider: This is us, the company that offers you the Services.
User: This is you, whether you're a person or a company, who uses our Service based on the rules in these GTC.
Service: Our service is a tool that connects to the Meta system. It lets our partners kick off and manage ads on Meta (like Facebook and Instagram) automatically, without any manual work. You can also use AI to check, evaluate, and even create new post texts for Facebook and Instagram. You can only get our Service online by picking and paying for what we offer. Good news: you can even try out our Services for free!
Services available to Users: This means all the services we (the Service Provider) offer, which you can check out at: https://infinite.ad
You can get our Services with a monthly subscription. It's good for 1 month, meaning it runs out on the same day of the next month as when you signed up. If that specific day isn't in the next month, it'll end on the last day of that month. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 5 days before it's supposed to end.
Consumer: This is a person who buys or uses our Service for their own personal stuff, not for their job, business, or any professional work, as explained in these GTC.
5.1. You can only use and order our service online after you sign up on our website, following the steps in these terms. Signing up on our website is totally free.
5.2. How to sign up: To use our services on the website, you can start signing up by clicking the “My Account” button, then hitting “Sign Up”. Next, you'll need to fill out your email, phone number, first name, last name, and your company name (if you have one). After that, just click the “Register” button, and we'll approve your registration via email, giving you access to the app.
5.3. We've made sure that throughout the whole signup process, you'll have the right tools to spot and fix any mistakes you make before you finish registering. Just a heads-up: if you don't provide all the necessary info or give us incomplete details when signing up, we might not be able to process your profile registration since we won't have the basics needed to offer you our service. So, we wouldn't be obligated to provide it.
5.4. We'll send a confirmation email to the address you gave us, letting you know your registration was successful, within 1 minute after you click the link mentioned in section 5.2, which will take you back to our website to review.
5.5. We can't be responsible if your confirmation email or any other email notifications don't reach you because you gave us a wrong email address, or if your inbox is full and can't receive new messages.
5.6. You can totally delete your registration right from your account. Just log in, pick the 'Account' option from the menu on the left, and you'll find your account details. There's a delete button at the bottom of the page you can use to remove your account.
6.1. You'll connect your Facebook profile to the Infinite∞Ad system and give our Infinite∞Ad Facebook app (we're an official tech provider for Meta, ID: 785636805762703) permission to access your Facebook pages, Instagram accounts, and ad accounts that are linked to a business account.
6.2. Next, you'll add the accounts you want to manage using Infinite∞Ad.
6.3. You'll set up the rules for how your ads start and are managed, and Infinite∞Ad will use these rules to handle your ads in Meta's advertising system.
6.4. As soon as you link your user account in the 'Connected Platforms' menu, using the 'Meta Business / Connect profile' button in the top right corner, you can start using it, and your 7-day trial period will kick off.
6.5. You can use our AI to analyze the text in your posts, and even get texts for future posts checked, or ask for new versions.

7.4. The prices for our services on the website are shown in EUR. Please note that services you can order will also have value-added tax and other public charges added.
7.5. After you provide your debit card details, we'll send you a monthly invoice, which you can find in your account and we'll also email to you.
7.6. We can change the services available on our website and their prices at any time. But don't worry, any price changes won't affect the price of services you've already purchased.
7.7. Even though we try our best, if a wrong price shows up on our website, especially if it's clearly a mistake, like “0” EUR or “1” EUR, which is way off the usual price due to a system error, we're not required to provide the service at that incorrect price. Instead, we might offer it to you at the right price, and then you can decide if you still want to buy it.
8.1. Monthly plan: You can cancel or change your service anytime right from your account.
8.2. If you cancel, you'll still have access to the service until the end of that month, and it won't renew for the next month.
8.3. If you decide to change your package and move up to a higher one, we'll charge you the difference right away, and you'll get access to those better services immediately. But if you switch to a lower package, that change will kick in with your next billing cycle.
9.1. Every new user gets a 7-day free trial to check things out.
9.2. You can use all of Infinite∞Ad's features without any limits during your trial.
9.3. Once your trial ends, if you don't cancel, your paid subscription will automatically start.
9.4. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with our service within 30 days after your first payment, just send a written request to hello@infinite.ad, and we'll refund your money. We'll process your refund within 14 days of getting your request.
10.1. You can add your billing and payment info in the 'Billing and Payment' section, which you'll find under the 'Settings' menu on your profile page.
10.2. This is where you can pick the service package you want (Basic, Pro, or Agency). You can also decide if you'd like our managed account service. Just so you know, the managed account service is only available with our Basic and Pro packages.
10.3. Your first payment will automatically happen using the bank card details you've given us, right after your trial period ends. If you haven't provided valid bank card details by then, your service won't continue into the paid period. If that happens, your account will become inactive, but don't worry, we'll keep your data safe for 30 days. During this time, you can reactivate your account by simply adding your payment info.
10.4. We use Stripe to handle all payments. Just so you know, Stripe manages your payment data according to their own privacy policy.
11.1. After each successful payment, we'll send you an electronic invoice.
11.2. We use the Billingo system to create your electronic invoices.
11.3. You can find your invoice in your account under the 'Payment History' section in the 'Settings' menu. We'll also email it to the address you gave us.
12.1. If you have any complaints while buying or using our service, you're welcome to let us know.
12.2. You can send us your complaints by email to hello@infinite.ad or by mail to the address listed above. Once we get your written complaint, we'll look into it right away, and definitely within 30 days. We'll then let you know what we found. If we can't resolve it the way you hoped, we'll also tell you about your options for further action.
