I'm Dávid Lencsés, and this is the story of how a special partner helped Infinite∞Ad become what it is today.

 

The food partner manufactures and distributes additive-free convenience foods. When we started testing our AI system with them, we were still in the very early stages of development.

 

But what was special was that from the very beginning, when it came to spending millions of forints on advertising in a few days, the system stood its ground. There were no catastrophic failures, no budget blowouts - we simply learned together what works and what doesn't.

Patience and trust

This partner has stood by us all the way. They not only tolerated the development phase, but actively supported us. They knew we were building something big, and they were willing to go along for the ride.

 

And then suddenly it all started to come together. The system started to perform better and better, and the results became more and more spectacular. It was not uncommon to see a 20-30x return on investment for a piece of content.

The parting that was not a break-up

When we decided to close the agency and focus only on Infinite∞Ad development, we naturally said goodbye to them as an agency. But what was special: our loyal subscribers stayed.

Today another agency is carefully managing their account, while they use Infinite∞Ad as an in-house add-on. This became the perfect proof that the two solutions are not rivals, but partners.

Here we realised something incredible. The best performing ads were not what we thought they were:

  1. Sometimes the product wasn't even in the picture - just a nicely laid table or a cosy kitchen
  2. Photos sent in by customers produced brutal results - how the food was served or how the glass was used creatively
  3. "Amateur" photos often performed better than professional photos

 

Here we realised something incredible. The best performing ads were not the ones we thought would be good.

The lesson: growing together

Without them, Infinite∞Ad might never have got here. They were the ones who:

  • Development errors tolerated
  • They trusted us when we were not sure
  • We were treated as partners, not just service providers
  • They shared customer feedback with us

This case is the perfect proof that Infinite∞Ad and agency work are not mutually exclusive, but complement each other perfectly:

  • The agency handles special, temporary campaigns where human creativity and strategic thinking are required

It is not an "either-or" situation, but an "and-and". Our partner is still working with an agency today, while Infinite∞Ad is running in parallel. The result? Both solutions play to their strengths and together they deliver excellent results.

What did I learn from this?

1. Partnership is more important than proft

Polcz could have replaced us at any time. But they saw the potential and stuck with us. That kind of trust is priceless.

 

2. Managing big budgets is not scary

When you're talking about spending millions of forints in a few days, that's a big responsibility. But the system has proven that it can handle it safely.

 

3. Customers know best

The biggest lesson was that customer-generated content is often better than any agency creative. Authenticity trumps.

 

4. The power of cooperation

Infinite∞Ad is not the enemy of agencies, but a partner. Together, they can do more than they can do separately.
